Therefore we have established an own company in Timisoara/Romania; this way we can guarantee consistency and quality of processes. At our nearshore concept we combine the advantages from the known and proven service provision on site with the cost advantages of the service provision from the back office. Experienced employees (developers and project managers) from our German locations are available for conceptual design, architecture and on-site agreement topics. Their active involvement in the projects guarantees the continuous information flow from the customer up to the developer.

A project management and software development process created according to the Best Practice procedure guarantees project steps and quality of the results. This process is improved by us continuously in order to transfer the experiences from ongoing projects.

With our nearshore approach we take 30% – 40% savings compared with a conventional project processing. Quality, adherence to schedules and costs remain at the usual high level.
